Estate Planning Packages
No matter what questions and worries you have about estate planning, J Duplechain Law will help you navigate the process with ease. Learn more about our Will and Trust-Based estate planning packages below.
Every family is different. Whether a Will or Trust-Based plan is right for you depends on your goals and objectives related to caring for your family once you are gone, as well as other factors. We'll review the options together, discuss the differences of each, and then you can make an informed decision to use either a Will or Trust for your main vehicle of distribution.
The packages listed below show how comprehensive our plans are. During your Perfect Plan Meeting™, we will discuss your family and how best to protect them—that is how we will determine the best plan for you. The benefits of setting up a great plan now far outweigh the initial investment. In many cases, you could be saving your surviving family members thousands in legal fees and court costs.

Will-Based Planning Packages
A firm price quote will be provided during your Perfect Plan Meeting™ when we know the level of complexity involved in your case. Drafting and filing additional deeds, reviewing and transferring LLC interests, and coordinating with co-counsel in other jurisdictions regarding out-of-state assets will result in additional fees.
If we find it necessary to co-counsel with another firm for special situations outside of our normal scope of practice, that firm’s fees will apply to their portion of the work.
